Falcons fall 3-1 to Thunderbirds

WARDSVILLE, Mo. — The North Callaway Thunderbirds came into their game against Blair Oaks scoring 60 runs in their first four games.

They only needed two Saturday to improve to 5-0 with a 3-1 win over the Falcons at the Falcon Athletic Complex.

“We just couldn’t get that timely hit to break onto the scoreboard, but all along, we were there with a chance to win it in the last inning,” Blair Oaks coach Harv Antle said.
