Justin Miller, 24, was treated and released at Capital Region Medical Center in Jefferson City after sustaining injuries in a one-vehicle accident Saturday.
At 12:25 a.m. on Hwy. 100 east of U.S. 50 in Osage County, the vehicle driven by Miller ran off the right side of the road and overturned, according to Missouri Highway Patrol reports.
