Lincoln men fall to Newman in two overtimes

The Lincoln Blue Tigers matched the firepower of the Newman Jets for regulation and a first overtime period on Saturday, but couldn’t match them in a second overtime session, falling 96-89 at Jason Gym.

Fatigue seemed to catch up with the Blue Tigers in the second extra session, as they made just 4-of-11 shots. Newman, meanwhile, made 5-of-6 in that frame.
