Harley "Gene" Hartwick, 67, Eldon, Mo., passed away Tuesday, December 29, 2009, in Eldon. He was born September 23, 1942, in Santa Monica, Calif., the son of Harley Clay Hartwick and Grace Marie (Ward) Hartwick.
