COOLEY
Cecilia Irene Cooley, passed away Saturday, September 16, 2023, at Fulton Manor in Fulton.
She was born May 3, 1928, in Hannibal, the daughter of the late Joseph Leo and Mary Ellen (Moss) Elzea.
Survivors include: daughter, Susan Schran (Michael) of Eldon; son, Gary Cooley (Marcy) of the state of Colo.; five grandsons; seven great-grandchildren; and sister, Shirley Grafton of Hannibal.
Visitation will be Friday, September 22, 2023, from 10-11 a.m. at Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, with the Funeral Service at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at the Eldon City Cemetery.
