Ross Glen Clark, age 61, of Jefferson City, Mo., passed away Saturday, November 25, 2023, following a short illness.
Ross was born on May 9, 1962, in Jefferson City, Mo., the son of Perry L. and Jo Ann Clark.
Ross graduated from Jefferson City High School in 1980 and attended the Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology. In high school he was an active member, and drummer, in the Marching Jays Band. He worked as a draftsman, surveyor and in the construction and property development industries.
Ross was a passionate fan of Mizzou Tigers football, the Kansas City Chiefs and St. Louis Cardinals baseball, and particularly enjoyed following automobile racing, having participated in racing in his younger years. He spent many years living and working the Lake of the Ozarks and O’Fallon, Mo., areas. He was always working on projects and enjoyed sharing and teaching his skills to his nieces and nephews.
Ross is survived by his mother, Jo Ann Clark of Jefferson City; brothers, Rick Clark (Dianne) of O’Fallon, Mo., and Randall Clark (Patricia) of Columbia, Mo.; nieces and nephews, Abigail Clark-Peterson (Ethan) of Midvale, Utah, Allison Clark of Wentzville, Mo., Alexander Clark of Springfield, Mo., Andrew Clark (Megan) of Ashland, Mo.; great-niece, Payton Clark of Hallsville, Mo.; great-nephews, Kayden Clark of Hallsville, Mo., Benedict Clark of Ashland, Mo.; aunts, Jaclyn Hancock of Lynchburg, Va., Janis Laube of South Windsor, Conn., and Jeanne Nelson of Marion, Ill.; and several cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father, Perry L. Clark on August 27, 2010.
A private family gathering will take place at a future date.

Funeral arrangements are under the care of Freeman Mortuary.
