Nellie Lee Hand

Nellie Lee Hand, age 91, of Dixon, died Monday, August 22, 2022, at the Dixon Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was born October 13, 1930, a daughter of Herman A. and Edna Marie (Arnold) Scott, who preceded her in death. Married September 28, 1946, at Venice, Illinois, to Curtis Dean Hand who preceded her in death. She is survived by nephews, nieces, and many friends.
