Clorinda Jean (Harvey) Blanchard, 74, of Jefferson City, Missouri, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 14, 2022, at Capital Region Medical Center. She was born in Kansas City, Missouri, a daughter to the late Harry Harvey Jr. and Gladys E. McClinton. Clorinda was a graduate of O'Fallon Technical High School. She worked at Jewish Hospital (now known as Barnes Jewish Hospital) for the majority of her career as a healthcare clerk. She enjoyed playing video games, especially anything by Nintendo, watching old movies, and cooking. She was very tech savvy; she even built her own computer. Most of all, Clorinda loved and enjoyed spending time with her family, and earned the title of great-grandmother. Clorinda is survived by her children, Reginald (Carmen) Blanchard, Regina Blanchard-Walker, and Elonda Blanchard; brother, Harry (Essie) Harvey III; nine grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brother, Roderick Harvey; son-in-law, Kyle Walker; and great-grandson, Richard Poulson III. Friends will be received on Saturday, August 20, 2022 from 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. at Houser-Millard Funeral Directors. A memorial service will follow at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Reginald Blanchard and Rev.
