Jo Ann (Schwartz) Carter, 59, of Union, passed away Monday, August 8, 2022, at Eldon Nursing and Rehab in Eldon. Survivors include: sons, Corey Boicourt (April) of Barnett, Cody Boicourt (Julia Gabbard) of Jefferson City; six grandchildren; siblings, Connie Cowsert of Robertsville, Shirley Hiatte (Marsh) of New Haven, Gynnie Woelz of Wis., Donna Jett of St. Clair, Buddy Schwartz (Connie Hannich) of Washington, Timmy Schwartz, Orvil Schwartz of Washington. Per her wishes, her body has been cremated and a Celebration of Her Life will be planned at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction and care of Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon.
