Virginia Volkart, 67, of Jefferson City, passed away Thursday, August 3, 2022, at her home surrounded by family. She was born April 10, 1955, a daughter of the late Daniel and Betty Ann (Phillips) Randall. She was united in marriage on December 8, 2000, in Jefferson City to Robert “Bob” Volkart, who survives at their home. Ginny is survived by two daughters: Alys Newport (Adam), Lindsy Keaton-Harlan (Joshua); grandchildren: Masey Amberson, Kinsey Amberson, Luke Newport, Abigail Keaton, Evan Harlan; two brothers: Lawrence Randall (Denise), William Randall (Vickie); two sisters: Leslie Long (Glen), Susan Andree (Rick); and numerous nieces and nephews.
