Janyce Rose Heidbreder-Fragala

Janyce Rose Heidbreder-Fragala, 80, formerly of Jefferson City, passed away on Thursday, June 10, 2021, at Sunrise of Chesterfield Senior Living. She was born on March 14, 1941, in Jefferson City, the daughter of the late Edgar and Bernice (Goodall) Heidbreder. Jaynce was married to Das W. Conway in 1960. She was later married to Joseph Fragala in St. Louis in 1978. Janyce was a 1959 graduate of Jefferson City High School. She was a majorette with the Jay Band. Janyce was employed for over 30 years as a preschool teacher in St. Louis and Connecticut. She enjoyed reading and was a member of the Lake Presbyterian Church. Janyce was a member of the Lake Choral and loved to travel and sing. She is survived by her children: Terri Lynn Jackman, Curt Conway and Patrick Conway (Inga); brother: Bob Ed Heidbreder (Maureen); grandchildren: Zach Paul, Melanie Paul, Ciara Conway, Liv Conway and Fin Conway; and great-granddaugther: Hailey Gossage. Friends will be received from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 20, 2021, at Houser-Millard Funeral Directors. Services will follow at 2:00 p.m. Interment will be held in Riverview Cemetery.
