Barbara Ann Bates, 69, of Jefferson City, passed away Sunday, May 30, 2021, at Jefferson City Nursing and Rehab. She is survived by her children: Carol Hoffman of Jefferson City, Wayne Flippen of Jefferson City, Michael (Melinda) Metz of Jefferson City; two brothers: James Bates of Illinois, William Bates of Lake of the Ozarks; two sisters: Virginia Nicholes of Jefferson City, Jenny Bates of Jefferson City; eight grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
