Alexander Stephen Chute, 28, of Willard, Missouri, passed away Saturday, November 14, 2020. He was killed at his home while trying to defend his loved ones. Alex was born November 11, 1992 in Creve Coeur, Missouri, a son of Darrell Chute and Lisa (Bone) Pini. Killed along with Alexander was his fiancée, Brianna Sproul. Alexander was a gentle soul, loving, family man, and always had a quick come back. He enjoyed playing video games, hanging out with friends, and learning about history. Alex was most proud of his daughter, Sophie. Alex was employed as a Military Security Officer with the State of Missouri and had recently been honorably discharged from the Missouri Army National Guard after completing his enlistment. Law Enforcement was a passion of his after previously working in State and Federal Corrections and serving as a Military Police Officer with the Missouri Army National Guard. He was also in the process of becoming a licensed Missouri Police Officer. He is survived by his daughter: Sophie; parents: Darrell Chute (Tammy), and Lisa Pini (Paul); siblings: Nicholas Chute (Lea), Katie Jakoubek (Kevin), and Valerie Matherne (Joey); uncles: Michael Bone (Russell) and James Chute (Caroline); aunts: Linda Chute (Arthur), Melissa Harrell, and Dawn Fuentes (Rody); nieces: Rylie, Lilyana, Layla, Beverly, Paisley and Alexandra; great-grandmother: Elke Lyman; and countless friends and extended family. Alex was preceded in death by his grandparents: Darrell Sr. and Marcia Chute, and Arthur and Beverly Bone. Family and friends will be received from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Friday, December 4, 2020 at Houser-Millard Funeral Directors. Memorial Service and Military Honors will be held at 6:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, it is requested that expressions of sympathy may be made to The Gary Sinise Foundation or The Juliett's House in McMinnville, Oregon. Donations are also accepted to an account for Alex's daughter, Sophie M Chute Trust, in care of Central Bank of Jefferson City.
