Harold A. "Tony" Haggard, age 59, of Eldon, passed away Tuesday, November 10, 2020, at SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital in Jefferson City. He is survived by his father, Harold "Pete" Haggard of the home; mother, Linda Montes of Cameron Park, Calif.; daughter, Angelina LaDawn Custard of Barnett; brother, Terry Haggard of Eldon; and sisters, Trudy Miller of Cameron Park, Calif. and Tracy Haggard of Shingle Springs, Calif.
