Lylis Jean Marsch, 84, of Russellville, passed away Monday, November 9, 2020, at Villa Marie Skilled Nursing Center. She was born September 15, 1936, in Brazito, Missouri, the daughter of the late Halcy Clark and Ruby (Sanders) Amos. She was united in marriage on November 27, 1954 at St. John's Lutheran Church to Walter "Bud" Marsch Jr., who preceded her in death on June 25, 1993. Lylis was a loving homemaker and also worked for Montgomery Wards, JC Penney, and Olean Sale Barn. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church and later a member of Concord Baptist Church. She loved being with her children and grandchildren. She loved cooking, caring for her house, and working in her yard. Survivors include two sons: Doug (Rosemary) Marsch, Rus-sellville and Mike (Suzi) Marsch, Jefferson City; five grandchildren: Ryan (Casey) Marsch, Travis (Meghan) Marsch, Madison (Jay) Harrington, McKenzi Marsch, Maci Jean Marsch; two great-grandchildren: Ty Marsch and Andy Marsch; and three siblings, Geraldine Runge, Florida; DeWinda "Joyce" Bledsoe, Eldon; and Linda (Bill) Smittle, Jefferson City. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and a sister, Nina Etter. Private family services will be held Friday at Scrivner-Morrow Funeral Home.
