Mr. Bobby Lee Keep, 84, of Jefferson City, passed away Tuesday, May 19, 2020 at Jefferson City Manor. Survivors include: his wife of 65 years: Elsie; three children: Teri Downes (Gregory) of Iowa City, Iowa, Alan Keep (Phyllis) of Lone Tree, Iowa, Kevin Keep (Pamela) of Jefferson City; 10 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
