Phillip Liam Keearns, 1, of Holts Summit, passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 13, 2020 at Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital in St. Louis. He was born on March 12, 2019 in St. Louis, a son of Jack and Kierra (McLellan) Keearns. Phillip was born with Charge Syndrome and never had a chance to live at home with his parents, big brother and twin sister. Regardless, he was a happy baby and loved to play with Mr. Octopus, interact with his doctors, nurses, family and friends and to hold their hands. He is now healthy and whole in his heavenly home with Jesus, the angels and his grandparents. He is survived by his parents: Jack and Kierra Keearns; siblings: Oliver and Phoibe Keearns; grandparents: Susan Pearce (David), Jesse McLellan, and John and Bonnie Keearns; aunts: Shemaine Bambarger, Elizabeth Neary, and Savannah Pearce; uncle: Trenton McLellan; and great-grandparents: Steve Gilmore, John and Claudia Keearns, and Lewis and Annabelle Warde. Phillip was preceded in death by his great-grandmother: Lilian Gilmore; and great-great-grandmothers: Bonnie Gilmore and Madrina Quint. Friends will be received from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Thursday, June 18, 2020 at Houser-Millard Funeral Directors with funeral services to follow. Interment will be at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Hartsburg. Expressions of sympathy may be made to Ranken-Jordan Pediatric Bridge Hospital, 11365 Dorsett Rd., Maryland Heights, MO 63043.
