Mrs. Jacqueline Howser, age 46, of Jefferson City, Mo., passed away peacefully Saturday, June 13, 2020 at Capital Region Medical Center surrounded by her loving family. Visitation will be held at Freeman Mortuary from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 17, 2020. Funeral service will be conducted at 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 17, 2020 in the Freeman Chapel with the Reverend Tom Vansant officiating.
