Alta Gene (Hutchison) Chipley, 89 years old, of Boonville, died Monday, June 8, 2020. Alta is survived by her husband, John; two daughters, Jill Quigley of Lenexa, Kan. and Mary Stoecklein of St. Charles; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; two sisters: Velma Jones of Lenexa, Kan. and Betty Huffman of Versailles; and one brother: Dave Hutchison of Boonville. Due to the covid-19 pandemic, services will be limited to a graveside service at Versailles Cemetery in Versailles, at 2:30 p.m., Saturday, June 13.
