David Patrick O'Brien, 34, of Jamestown, passed away on Sunday, May 3, 2020, at his home. David is survived by his mother, Peggy McElwee of the home; special aunt, Becky Johnston of Tipton; maternal grandfather, Frank O'Brien and wife Dorothy of Syracuse; maternal grandmother, Ava Dick of Licking; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Memorials are suggested to the Jamestown C-1 Baseball Team c/o the funeral home.
