Curtis Paul Stockman, 51, of Eugene, passed away Monday, June 1, 2020 at his residence, surrounded by his family. He was born August 4, 1968 in Jefferson City, the son of Fred and Kay (Fennewald) Stockman. On October 9, 2010 in Mary's Home, he was united in marriage to Michele (Klindt) Stockman, who survives of the home. Curt was a member of Our Lady of the Snows Catholic Church of Mary's Home, and was owner/operator of Curt Stockman Drywall and Construction Company. Curt enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and spending time with his family and friends, especially his grandson, Rhennin. Other survivors include: son, Sheldon Stockman of Wardsville; daughters, Taylor Franks (Ethan) of Eugene and Paige Watts of Eugene; mother, Kay Stockman of Wardsville; grandson, Rhennin Franks; father and mother-in-law, John and Sally Klindt of Eugene; sisters, Carla Stockman of Wardsville and Rhonda Franken (Kris) of Linn Creek; brothers, Doug Stockman (Tina) of St. Thomas, Tom Stockman (Amy) of Osage Bend; several nieces, nephews, a great-niece and great-nephews. His father, Fred Stockman, preceded him in death. Visitation will be Sunday, June 7, 2020 from 4-8 p.m. at Our Lady of the Snows Catholic Church with a Prayer Service at4 p.m. Funeral Mass will be Monday, June 8, 2020 at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of the Snows Catholic Church with Rev. Callistus C. Okoroji and Rev. Ignazio C. Medina officiating. Burial will follow at Our Lady of the Snows Cemetery. Memorials in his name are suggested in care of the family. In accordance with the Diocese of Jefferson City, those attending church services are requested to bring and wear a mask to comply with social distancing recommendations. Arrangements are under the direction and care of Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon.
