JoAnne (Heather) Woolley, 78, of Eldon, Missouri, passed away Monday, April 13, 2020, in Russellville, Missouri. She was born June 17, 1941, in Miller County, Missouri, the daughter of the late Grandville Otto and Virginia Faye (Connell) Heather. On February 13, 1960, in Miami, Oklahoma she was united in marriage to Frank C. Woolley who preceded her in death on December 29, 1997. JoAnne was raised in the Eldon community where she graduated from Eldon High School in 1959. She and Frank were married in 1960, and then moved to Kansas City, Mo. where she was employed with Hallmark Cards. In 1972, they moved back to Eldon and she was employed with Capital Savings & Loan and later Citizens Bank of Eldon until her retirement. JoAnne was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Eldon, Mo. She greatly enjoyed supporting her grandsons and her great-granddaughters. Her greatest love was spending time with family and friends. Survivors include: daughter, Cathy Jo Kliethermes (Duane) of Russellville, Mo.; grandsons, Cody Kliethermes (Meredith) of Barnett, Mo., Justin Kliethermes (Liz) of Raymore, Mo., Brandon Kliethermes (Dara Vint) of Eldon, Mo., Ryan Kliethermes of Olean, Mo.; great-granddaughters, Cami, Quincy and Carly Kliethermes; brothers-in-law, Bob Woolley (Jlee) of Barnett, Mo., Dave Woolley of Olean, Mo.; several nieces and nephews. A son, Jeff Woolley; two brothers, Roger Heather and Ronnie Heather; two sisters-in-law, Jeanine Heather and Ruth Woolley preceded her in death. Graveside Services will be held on Friday, April 17, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. at the Eldon City Cemetery with Rev. Callistus C. Okoroji officiating. Memorials in her name are suggested to Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Eldon, Mo. Arrangements are under the direction and care of Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, Mo.
