Rachel Bivins

Rachel Bivins, age 90, of Dixon, died Friday, January 29, 2016, at her residence. She was born January 10, 1925, a daughter of Robert and Margaret (Ragsdale) Hall. She was married November 19, 1945, to Robert Bivins, who preceded her in death. Survivors include: two sons, Edward Bivins and Gary Bivins; two daughters, Sandra Bivins and Joann Deckard; 10 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be 10-11 a.m. Tuesday, February 2, 2016, followed by funeral service at 11 a.m. in the Dixon Chapel of Birmingham-Martin Funeral Homes.
