Dennis Walter Lutz, 68, of Jefferson City, passed away on Wednesday, January 27, 2016, at Capital Region Medical Center. Survivors include: his wife, Kathleen; one son, James Lutz; one sister: Fran Miller and husband Sam; and one brother: Robert Lutz and wife Diane.
