Nadine D. Pace, 94, of California, Mo., formerly of Centertown, passed away on Tuesday, January 5, 2016, at the Moniteau Care Center. She was born on November 1, 1921, in Centertown, Mo., to Albert and Amelia (Kubli) Gouge, both who preceded her in death. She was married to Howard Allen on June 10, 1940, who preceded her in death on January 7, 1975, then later married Louis Pace on April 4, 1980, who preceded her in death on August 22, 1999. She worked in the tax department for the Department of Revenue. She attended Jamestown Assembly of God Church. She enjoyed crocheting, tending to her flowers, loved being around her family and liked to fish. She graduated from California High School in 1940. She is survived by: one son, Jerry Allen and wife Ruthie of Centertown; one daughter, Judy Buerky and husband Bill of Jamestown; three grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one sister, Geneva Sumler. Funeral Services will be Saturday, January 9, 2016, at 11 a.m,. at Bowlin-Cantriel Funeral Services. Burial will be at New Hope Cemetery. Officiating will be Pastor Larry Usher. Visitation will be Saturday, January 9, 2016, from 10-11 A.M. at the funeral home. Memorials are suggested to New Hope Cemetery Association c/o funeral home. Arrangements are under the direction of Bowlin-Cantriel Funeral Services in California, Mo.
