Mrs. Betty L. Arnel, age 81 years, of Jefferson City, Mo., passed away Sunday, January 25, 2015, surrounded by her loving family at the Jefferson City Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Visitation will be held at Freeman Mortuary from 10:00 until 11:30 a.m., Thursday, January 29, 2015. A funeral service will be conducted at 11:30 a.m., Thursday, January 29, 2015 in the Freeman Chapel. Graveside services and interment will be held at Riverview Cemetery.
