Charmaigne Denise Tellman, 59, passed away Tuesday, January 13, 2015, at her home in Jefferson City. She was born July 1, 1955, in Jefferson City, to her parents Nelson and Mary Lou Medlin Luadzers. She attended Jefferson City High School and was a life-long resident of central Missouri. She worked as a waitress through the years, and spent her latter years struggling with disability. She enjoyed spending time with family, antique shopping, and taking care of friends and family. She is survived by her mother, Mary Lou Luadzers, of Jefferson City, by a brother, David Luadzers, of Jefferson City, by two sisters, Iris Taylor, of Jefferson City, and Kimberly Mayor, of Haskell, Texas, by two sons, Douglas Quinn, of Ashland, and Jacob Neeley, of Holts Summit, by two daughters, Jessica Neeley, of Cleveland, Ohio, and Charmaigne McKinzie, of Jefferson City, by 14 grandchildren, and by one great-granddaughter. Private memorial services for the family were held in Jefferson City.
