Aileen M. Blackburn

Aileen M. Blackburn, age 86, of Linn, passed away Thursday, January 8, 2015, at Osage Beach Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in Osage Beach. Aileen was born December 10, 1928, in Morrison, a daughter to the late Victor and Edna (Whertwine) Cramer. Aileen attended a country grade school near Morrison. On July 1, 1950, in Jefferson City, Aileen was united in marriage to Eugene A. Blackburn, who preceded her in death on February 23, 1999. Aileen was employed at the Linn Pants Factory. She was a member of St. John's United Methodist Church in Linn. Aileen loved living on the farm, visiting with family and friends along with raising her son and grandson. Aileen is survived by: a son, Allen Blackburn and his wife Carolyn of Osage Beach; a grandson, Shane Blackburn and his wife Andrea of Linn; step-grandchildren, Randy Imbrogno and his wife Stacy of Brownsmill, New Jersey, Kathy Wilson and her husband Jamie of Russellville and Marsha Imbrogno of Osage Beach; two great-grandchildren, Tommy and Aileen; nine step-great-grandchildren and a step-great-great-grandchild; two brothers, Ronnie Cramer of Jefferson City and Jerry Cramer of Salem; two sisters, Marion Schaumberg of Perryville and Brenda Reeve's of McRae, Arkansas; along with many nieces, nephews and friends. In addition to her parents and spouse of 48 years, she was preceded in death by: two brothers, Roy and Marvin Cramer, and two sisters, Marilyn Frederick and Beverly Cramer. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 17, 2015 at Morton Chapel in Linn. Funeral Service will be at 12 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 17, 2015 at Morton Chapel in Linn with Rev. Floyd Gudde officiating. Interment will follow in the Community of Christ Cemetery near Linn. Expressions of sympathy may be made to St. John's United Methodist Church in Linn.
