Donnetta Lynn Bess

Donnetta Lynn Bess, 33, of Jefferson City, passed away Tuesday, November 19, 2013, in Jefferson City. She was born December 30, 1979, in Columbia, Missouri. She was a graduate of Douglas High School. On January 6, 2011, Donnetta was married in Jefferson City, to Dennis Bess, who survives at their home. Donnetta loved to dance and spend time with her children. She enjoyed being outdoors and sitting by a fire. She also enjoyed fishing and writing poetry. Donnetta is also survived by a daughter: Etelka Nevaeh VanWinkle-Vaughan; a son: Caleb Michael Vaughan; her mother and step-father: Bonnie and Roger Robinett; her father: Bobby Vaughan; a sister: Chasity Vaughan; a half-brother: Quinton Robinett; a step-brother: Ryan Robinett; four step-children: Kimberly Montgomery, Dennis R. Bess, Kenneth Bess, Krystal Bess; and seven grandchildren. Friends will be received from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. Sunday, November 24, 2013, at the Millard Family Funeral Home in Columbia, Mo.
