Larry Russell Burke, age 64, of Ballwin, passed away Saturday, July 20, 2013. Larry retired two years ago after 40 years of dedicated service with MoDOT. He loved to spend time at Lake of the Ozarks. He was the loving companion of Annie Rodenmeyer; brother of Karen (Charles) Meyer and Kent (Lisa) Burke; uncle of Jason (Shelly) Kempton, Carlie and Caroline Burke; great-uncle of Jackson and Ramey Kempton. Services were held at 7 p.m. on Monday, July 22, at Kutis South County Chapel, 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd., St. Louis. Interment will be held Tuesday, July 23, at 12 noon at Resurrection Cemetery, Jefferson City. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Friends of Kids with Cancer.
