Mr. Douglas F. Basnett, age 71 years, of Jefferson City, Mo., passed away Tuesday, June 25, 2013, at St. Mary's Health Center. A memorial service will be at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, July 13, 2013, at Community of Christ Church, 1620 Vieth Dr., Jefferson City, Mo., with Priest Clara Tremaine presiding. A luncheon will be served following the service.
