Judith "Judy" E. Phillips, age 72, of Jefferson City, passed away Monday, July 1, 2013, at The Midland Care Hospice Facility in Topeka Kansas. Survivors include: two sons, Mike and Greg Phillips; two daughters, Kathy Hutchenson and Becky Connor; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; brother, Patrick Mathes; half-sister, Peggy and half-brother Jack. Visitation will be 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday, July 5, 2013, at Sassmann's Chapel in Belle. Funeral Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, July 6, 2013, at First Baptist Church in Belle.
