Patricia R. Sanchez

Mrs. Patricia R. Sanchez, age 74 years, of Jefferson City, Mo., passed away peacefully Monday, September 10, 2012, at home surrounded by loved ones. Pat was born on April 12, 1938, in Columbus, Ohio, a daughter of Richard H. and Elizabeth A. Flynn Baldwin. She was a 1956 graduate of Mascoutah Community High School in Mascoutah, Ill. A resident of the central Missouri area since 1983, Pat was employed as a clerk with the Missouri Department of Rehabilitation Services for the Blind for 21 years prior to her retirement in 2009. Pat was an avid reader visiting the local library weekly. She also enjoyed crossword puzzles, debating politics, but most importantly, she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Survivors include: two daughters, Maria "Lisa" Muenks of Jefferson City, Mo. and Margarita "Cricket" Sanchez of Bloomington, Ill.; one brother, Richard Baldwin and his wife Judy of Springfield, Va.; three sisters, Stephanie Scheske of Jefferson City, Mo., Elizabeth Sellner and her husband Scott of Jefferson City, Mo., and Mary Sink and her husband Sherrill of Jacksonville, Fla.; five grandchildren, Ashley Crader, Brianna Roberson, Garek Muenks, Will Muenks, and Caleb Sanchez; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Lawrence "Larry" K. King; and one brother-in-law, Theodore Scheske. Private family services will be held at a later time.
