Joseph Christian "Joe" Frank Sr., 31, of Holts Summit, died Wednesday, September 5, 2012. Funeral Services will be 2 p.m., Tuesday, September 11, 2012, at Concord Baptist Church with Rev. Dr. Monte Shinkle, the Rev. Richard Frank, and David Jolly officiating. Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Monday at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home with a prayer service at 7 p.m. Further arrangements are pending with Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home.
