Joyce Ann Loveall

Joyce Ann Loveall, 71, of Henley, passed away at her home on Thursday, October 7, 2021. She was born on April 24, 1950, a daughter of the late Jess and Flossie Smith. Joyce was united in marriage to Jerry Loveall on August 5, 1967, in Hartsburg. Joyce loved her family and especially spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was known for her cooking, especially her fried pork chops. She loved spending time at the river or pool with friends and on a sunny day you could usually find her at a local fishing hole. Joyce and Jerry enjoyed hosting fish frys and BBQs at their home and friends looked forward to their Halloween parties each year. They will be greatly missed by all who knew them. Joyce was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Jerry. She is survived by her children, Harley (Rhonda) and Shannon (Jennifer); grandchildren, Cody (Nikki), Garrett (Emilee), Audrey, and Tyler; great-grandchildren, Blake, Navaeh, and Aiden. She was preceded in death by her parents and in-laws, Harley and Bessie Loveall; siblings, Patsy Reed (Sherrill), Paul Smith, Frank Smith, Shirley Hodges (Richard), Mary Clarkston (Charles), Harriett Bryan (Clarence) and brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Betty Steinmetz (Bob), Charlie Loveall (Bonnie), and Donnie Loveall (Rhonda). She is also survived by one sister- in-law, Geraldine Anderson (late spouse-Bill) and one brother-in-law, Clarence "Red" Bryan and many nieces, nephews and their families. A joint Celebration of Life for Jerry and Joyce Loveall will be held by the family on Saturday, October 23, 2021, at Brazito-Honey Creek Lions Club. Those wanting to offer condolences will be received from 2-5 p.m., followed by a meal. All are invited to join the family for a final cookout for Jerry and Joyce. If you would like to bring a dish to share please feel free to do so. A private graveside service for family will be held at a later date.
