Weaver "Nelson" George

Weaver Nelson George, 89, of Eldon, passed away Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at Stone Bridge Lake Ozark of Osage Beach. He was born February 15, 1932, the son of the late Weaver and Beatrice (Jeffries) George. Survivors include several nieces and nephews. Nelson was a member of the Olean Christian Church of Olean. He was an avid bird hunter and enjoyed his Allis Chalmers tractors and working on the farm. Private family interment at New Hope Cemetery in Kaiser, Mo. will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction and care of Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon.
