Samual Joseph Raithel, 68, of Jefferson City, passed away on Friday, January 15, 2021, at Moberly Regional Medical Center. Survivors include one son, Chase Raithel and his two brothers, Michael (Kathy) of Jefferson City and Jeff (Susan) of Plano, Texas. A private family service and burial will be held at a later date in Jefferson City, Mo.
