Carol "Sue" (Taylor) Enloe, 87, of Eldon, passed away Saturday, May 23, 2020 at Miller County Nursing and Rehab in Tuscumbia. She was born May 20, 1933 in Barnett, the daughter of the late Thomas Elisha and Gladys Ladene (Kelsay) Taylor. On October 13, 1962 in Barnett, she was united in marriage to Roger Enloe, who survives of the home. She and Roger shared 57 plus years together. Sue was a 1951 graduate of Eldon High School and attended business college in Sedalia. She was employed with the State of Missouri with various divisions within the Department of Social Services. She retired in 1996 after 42 years of service. She was a member of the Barnett Union Church of Barnett. Her greatest love was her family, where she and Roger enjoyed attending all of their children's and grandchildren's activities. She was a loving wife, mom and grandma and will be truly missed. Other survivors include: daughter, Kimberley Sue "Kim" (Enloe) Hargus of Eldon; son, James Taylor "Jay" Enloe (Heidi) of Rogersville; grandchildren, Taylor and Tanner Hargus of Eldon, and Paxton and Barrett Enloe of Rogersville; sisters, Evelyn Bellamy of Grain Valley, and Arlene Jones of Eldon; and many nieces and nephews. Three brothers, Tom Taylor, Herb Taylor and Myron Taylor, and three sisters, Erma Rains, Elizabeth Edwards and Darlene Stover preceded her in death. Visitation will be Thursday, May 28, 2020 from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon. Funeral Service will be Friday, May 29, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. at Phillips Funeral Home with Brother Bob Hoskins officiating. Burial will follow at Enloe Cemetery in Russellville. Memorials in her name are suggested to the American Cancer Society. Arrangements are under the direction and care of Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon.
