Mary Louise Lander, 88, of Hallsville, formerly of Fulton, entered the gates of Heaven on Sunday, March 22, 2020. She was born on April 16, 1931, in Freeburg, Missouri to the late Louis Schulte and the late Julia (Eisterhold) Schulte. Mary was united in marriage to William Louis Lander who preceded her in death in 1963. Mary worked as an Aide for Fulton State Hospital. In her spare time, she enjoyed gardening, quilting, sewing, and reading. Those remaining to cherish her memory include her son, Ralph Loren Lander (Connie) of Columbia; daughters, Carmen Lorraine Hendren of Hallsville, and Karen Miller of Perry, Fla.; brothers, Elmer Schulte (Barb) of Mokane, and Emil Schulte (Judy) of Fulton; sister, Jeanette Quick (Curtis) of Columbia; seven grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; brothers, Norbert and Lewis Schulte; and sister, Delores "Minnie" Schulte.
