Dr. Thomas T. Hoyne, 85, of Stover, died Wednesday, August 12, 2020, at his home. Survivors include his wife, Jean Hoyne of the home; a brother-in-law, Paul Nelson of O'Neill, Nebraska; nieces and nephews.
