Theodore Washburn, 79, of Osage Beach, died Sunday, August 9, 2020, at his home. He is survived by his wife, Tommye Washburn; children, Kevin Washburn and Kelly (Jeff) Venus; Tommye's children, Traci (Lee) Clark and Jeffrey Rhea; grandchildren and great- grandchildren.
