Patricia Pat Wickers

Patricia "Pat" Wickers, 70, of Taos, Missouri, passed away on Monday, August 10, 2020, at Jefferson City Manor. She was born on September 16, 1949, in Taos, a daughter of the late Agatha Rackers. Pat attended St. Francis Xavier and Jefferson City Schools. She worked as manager at many convenience stores in the Jefferson City area. Pat enjoyed art, painting and sewing. She was a devoted member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church and believed that God's love is true and forever. Pat cherished the times spent with her family during birthdays and holidays. She is survived by her children: Johna Benne of Jefferson City, Michael Wickers (Rachel) of Lohman, Leo Wickers (Sharon) of Ashland, Brad Wickers of Eldon and Robin Spinner (Kirk) of Jefferson City; sisters: Margie Shelley (Ken) of Linn, Bonnie Gabelsberger (Bob) of Chamois and Wanda Rothove (Bill) of Frankenstein; grandchildren: Kathryn, James, Joshua, Amanda, Mike, Chrissy, Ean, Derrick, Leo, David, Taylor, Samantha, Jamie, Cienna, Brayden and Carter; great-grandchildren: Shawn, Jayden, Brianna, Nova, Derrek, Liam and William; and many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Pat was preceded in death by her daughter: Kathryn Wickers and sister: Marilyn Hoelscher. Friends will be received from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 15, 2020, at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Taos. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 a.m. with Fr. Michael Penn officiating. Interment will be held at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery in Jefferson City. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the March of Dimes.
