Bradley James Brester, 58, of Jefferson City, Missouri, passed away on Monday, November 18, 2019, at his home, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on May 13, 1961, in Jefferson City, Missouri, a son of James and Nina (Waggoner) Brester. He was united in marriage to Kenna Zehnder, May 15, 1982, in Jefferson City, Missouri. Bradley attended and graduated from Helias High School in 1979. He attended college classes at Lincoln University. He was employed at the Department of Revenue for over 36 years, and retired as the Administrator of the Driver's License Bureau. He was a loving husband and father, who enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren. Bradley cherished the moments he spent fishing with his loved ones. He enjoyed hunting, BBQing for friends and family and was an avid member of the Capital Crappie Club. He is survived by his wife: Kenna Brester of Jefferson City; children: Derek (Cassy) Brester of Columbia, Amber (Kris) Mantle of Jefferson City and Cara (Corey) Wulff of Jefferson City; brothers: Bill (Kim) Brester of Jefferson City and David Brester; grandchildren: Riley, Makailyn and Presley Mantle, Kayden and Makynsie Brester and Nolan Wulff; in-laws: Don (Edna) Zehnder of Jefferson City; sister-in-law: Pam (Rick) Johnson of Springfield, Missouri; brother-in-law: Randy (Donna) Zehnder of St. Charles, Missouri and many nieces and nephews. Bradley was preceded in death by his parents and brother: Steve. Friends will be received from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Saturday, November 23, 2019, at St. Peter Catholic Church with a memorial mass following.
