Prep Volleyball: Helias 3, Sedalia S-C 0

SEDALIA - The Helias Lady Crusaders improved to 4-0 in the Central Missouri Activities Conference with Tuesday's 25-3, 25-14, 25-8 win against the Sedalia Smith-Cotton Tigers.

Kendal Saucier recorded 36 service points for Helias, while Summer Hake had 10 kills and four blocks and Chapel Dobbs recorded six kills. Landrey VanOverschelde had a team-high 18 assists and Ava Millard had a team-best eight digs.

Helias (12-4-1) is back on the road tonight at Warrensburg.

In Tuesday's JV match, Helias defeated Smith-Cotton 25-13, 25-7 to move to 14-3-1. Adalyn Koelling had four kills, Izzy Herrbold had eight digs and Addisyn Bryant had 11 assists and five aces.

Helias also won the freshman match 25-9, 25-10 to improve to 9-3. Ellie Lock had six kills, Reese Herigon had four aces and four digs and Eme Mason and Lexie Bruns finished with eight and seven assists, respectively.
