CAMDENTON -- The Helias Lady Crusaders placed first Saturday in the Camdenton JV Tournament, finishing the day with a 4-0 record.
In round-robin play, Helias swept Camdenton (26-24, 25-13), Hickman (25-17, 25-10), Bolivar (25-10, 25-12) and Rolla (25-19, 25-11).
Carsyn Ellis had a tournament-best 18 kills for the Lady Crusaders, followed by Addyson Scherr with 14 kills and Emma Hulsey with 11 kills.
Ellie Anderson and Sydney Suthoff finished with 29 and 26 assists, respectively, in the tournament.
Liza Boyer led the defense with 25 digs, followed by Ellis with 18 digs and Samantha Christian with 13.
Anderson served a team-high 15 aces, followed by Suthoff and Zoey Hake with eight and seven aces, respectively.
Helias (15-3) hosts Rock Bridge at 5 p.m. Tuesday at Rackers Fieldhouse.
