The Helias Lady Crusaders improved to 2-0 in the Central Missouri Activities Conference with Monday's 12-2 win against the Sedalia Smith-Cotton Tigers at the American Legion Post 5 Sports Complex.

The Lady Crusaders also won the JV game 5-1, scoring five runs in the bottom of the fifth inning.

Helias (7-2-1), which received votes in the MHSFCAClass 5 state poll, was scheduled to play Tuesday at Blair Oaks, but the game was rained out and rescheduled for 5 p.m. today at the Falcon Athletic Complex.
