Prep Baseball: St. Elizabeth 13, Tuscumbia 2

ST. ELIZABETH - Nick Heckemeyer pitched a complete game, allowing two unearned runs on only one hit Tuesday, leading the St. Elizabeth Hornets to a 13-2 win in five innings against the Tuscumbia Lions in Show-Me Conference action.

Heckemeyer also hit two batters and walked two in the win, finishing with six strikeouts.

Caleb Oligschlaeger reached base all four times he went to the plate, walking three times and plating a run with an RBI triple, while Levi Holtmeyer collected two hits and three RBI.

Brady Kemna had one hit in his lone at-bat, adding two walks, while knocking in one run.

St. Elizabeth (7-1) matches up with Tuscumbia again Friday in the first round of the Eugene AA Bash Tournament.
