The Calvary Lutheran Lady Lions dropped their home opener Tuesday 50-24 against the New Bloomfield Lady Wildcats.

New Bloomfield led 8-4 at the end of one quarter, 25-14 at halftime and 41-22 through three quarters.

Asya Nichols scored a game-high 12 points for the Lady Wildcats.

Calvary Lutheran (0-2) hosts Rolla HomeSchool next Tuesday.

New Bloomfield (1-1) is the No. 3 seed in next week's Tipton Tournament. The Lady Wildcats will face sixth-seeded Smithton at 7:30 p.m. next Monday in the first round.
