Boys Basketball: Mid-Missouri HomeSchool 49, Rolla HomeSchool 31

Playing their first game in two weeks, the Mid-Missouri HomeSchool Mavericks won their home opener 49-31 on Monday against Rolla HomeSchool.

The Mavericks led 19-12 at the end of the first quarter and 28-17 at halftime. Rolla HomeSchool closed the gap back to single digits at 36-29 by the end of the third quarter, but Mid-Missouri HomeSchool won the scoring battle 13-2 in the fourth quarter to cruise to an 18-point victory.

Cole Marks led the Mavericks with 16 points and Connor Parrish added 14 points. Paul Hayes had a team-high seven steals and Parrish had six assists.

Mid-Missouri HomeSchool (4-2) is off until Dec. 2 when it hosts Lake West Christian Academy of Sunrise Beach.
