The Jefferson City Jays dropped a 6-3 decision Monday to the Camdenton Lakers at Capital City High School.

Jefferson City won a pair of singles matches. Josh Wilde was an 8-0 winner for the Jays, while Jaydep Halder won 8-2. The two combined to win their doubles match 8-0.

Falling in singles for Jefferson City were Aarush Deshpande (8-1), Aidan Foster (8-2), Riley Cooper (9-7) and David Murillo (8-6). In doubles, the team of Deshpande and Foster lost 8-4 and the duo of Cooper and Blake Roettgen fell 8-5.

Jefferson City won the JV dual 6-0.

The Jays wrap up the regular season Thursday with a dual against Helias. Action will begin at 4:30 p.m. at Capital City High School.
